1. Information we collect
Account & KYC: name, designation, firm, PAN, GST, optional RERA registration, identity documents.
Mandate data: opportunities you post, asset class, ticket size, geography, supporting documents.
Interaction data: introductions requested, messages sent, profile views, login metadata.
2. How we use it
To verify your firm, match mandates with relevant principals, and operate the network. We never sell personal information to third parties.
3. Sharing
Verification status, firm name, role and city are visible to other verified members. Documents inside the NDA Vault are visible only after both parties counter-sign.
4. Retention
Account data is retained while your firm is an active member, plus 7 years after closure for statutory and audit purposes.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at privacy@indiapropertynetwork.in.
