1. Eligibility
Members must be registered Indian real estate firms, family offices, societies or licensed professionals. Individuals acting outside a verified entity may not post mandates.
2. Verification
KYC verification and manual admin review by COBROKINGS Pvt. Ltd. are required to send introduction requests or post mandates. RERA registration is optional but encouraged where applicable. COBROKINGS Pvt. Ltd. may suspend or revoke verification at its discretion.
3. Conduct
No spam, no spoofing, no scraping the directory, no off-platform brokerage on COBROKINGS Pvt. Ltd.-sourced introductions. Violations result in immediate removal.
4. Fees & subscriptions
Verified Member is ₹24,000 / year. Enterprise pricing is custom. All fees are non-refundable after 7 days.
5. Limitation of liability
COBROKINGS Pvt. Ltd. does not warrant the accuracy of mandates posted by members. Members are responsible for their own due diligence, legal compliance and transaction execution.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with courts in Mumbai.
